Super BItes: No, they don’t need to be refrigerated. They’re perfectly fine stored at room temperature, but if you prefer them chilled, that’s totally up to you!

Superfuel Pouches: Yes, once you have added your milk/water and given it a shake, the pouch/bowl should go into the fridge to chill.

Before you prepare the pouches, they are shelf stable and don't need refrigeration.
